1. Unless your order is very urgent, please send the completed order form by post. This is safer for you and more convenient for me. 2. It is essential that the cardholder's address is clearly shown on the order form. If this is different from the delivery address, please write it clearly on the back of the form. 3. To combat Credit Card fraud, I am required to know the cardholder's full address (including postcode), the name of the card-issuing bank, and the three digit security code (found on the signature strip on the reverse of the card). So please complete the details fully. Failure to do so will delay the order. 4. I am sorry but I cannot accept orders by email. (The banks consider email an insecure method of transmitting data, and it is not considered safe to send credit card details by email.) 5. IMPORTANT - Please note my business hours are 0800 to 1800 daily - I will not accept telephone or fax orders outside these hours. Where possible, please send your orders by post. 6. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Please make sure that you allow for the time difference between your country and the UK when you send orders by telephone or fax. I work from home and you will not be thanked for telephoning or faxing me in the middle of the night! 7.
