Here is the first CD for P.E.K. by another of Sweden’s excellent traditional jazz bands. In recent years bands from Sweden have been making quite an impact at festivals in England, and deservedly so. This band is comprised of predominantly young musicians, all highly accomplished - Niklas Carlsson tb & vocals, Jesper Albrektsson tpt & vocals, Olof Skoog saxes & vocals, Anders Wasen bjo, Per Bach bs, Anders Ostlund dms. This CD comes from two of their exciting sessions at the 2004 Keswick Festival, where their brand of hot traditional/dixieland jazz was very well received.
