Since their last CD in 2003, Richard's fine band has undergone some personnel changes, the new lineup being Gordon Whitworth trumpet, Chris Pearce reeds, Richard Leach trombone, Mike Graver piano, Brian Mellor guitar & banjo, Roger Davis double bass, Graham Smith drums. Despite the personnel changes the band's musical policy of reviving the Chicago/Dixieland sounds of the Alex Welsh bands of the 1950s to '70s is unchanged. Like their first two CDs this was recorded live at Stourbridge RFC Jazz Club (April 2006).
