In November 2007 Brian’s band played a concert in the St Mary’s Church, Ottery St Mary, Devon. Ottery St Mary is a pretty Devon town with a truly magnificent parish church, which was modelled on Exeter Cathedral. The organisers had gone to great lengths providing food and a bar at the back of the church, and an audience of several hundred enjoyed an evening of great N.O. music. The band line-up is Peter Wright trumpet; Brian Carrick clarinet & tenor sax; Chas Hudson trombone; Gabrielle Gad piano; Malcolm Hurrell banjo; Bill Cole double bass; John Baker drums.
